Steve is absolutely a stand up guy. His other mechanic that I dealt with, Victor, is also one hell of a guy. They had my wife's vehicle up and running... not only quicker than I thought but better than when I bought it for her. Seriously can't say enough about this amazing business. I will 100% recommend this crew to anyone that is need of good repairs at at a fair price. Seriously way cheaper than anticipated and really appreciated in these hard economic time. Have used Steve probably 10 times over the past 3 years for various work on our 3 vehicles. I have always found him to fair, honest, trustworthy and reasonable on his costs. On the first visit, he told me if I ever had a concern or problem with any repairs he did, come talk to him and he'd make it right. Never had a problem. Steve has been our go to repair person and will continue to be as I feel I can trust him to diagnose and fix correctly.

Steve has always been a reliable mechanic. He's oftentimes less expensive than other places and I never feel like he's trying to bs me or take advantage. He never talks down to me because I'm female and I trust him to do what's needed on our vehicles. We recently had a horrible experience with a local dealership and Steve took care of the issues and let us know what really needed repairs and what didn't. It's always nice to be able to trust your mechanic.

I had my transmission go out and Steve gave me the best price in town. In addition, he also did the work in one day after getting the parts. I and super satisfied with work and he gave me a a guarantee of his work.

After a month, I went in because my car was not driving right but it was metal plate under my car dragging. Steve looked it right away and fixed it immediately, even though he didn't need. He gave the best customer service. I will also bring my car back to him because I trust his work and integrity. I really recommend his automotive shop especially if you are a woman, like me who has no idea what is wrong with the car.

Market Street Auto was reccomended to me by two friends, been by twice for different issues, both times work was completed in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. Only the work requested was done, there were no surprises. On my initial visit, I requested a price quote, the following day when the work was complete, the final cost was within $2 of the quoted price. On my second visit I was confident enough in my knowledge of the cost of parts and labor that I didn't even ask for a quote, upon completion, the total cost of parts and labor was within just a few dollars of my expectations. I would confidently recommend Market Street Auto to anyone that asked.

My husband and I have brought both our cars here on several occasions. Steve is honest, fair, and always does a great job fixing our vehicles. It took us years to find a trustworthy mechanic here in Redding and have tried out nearly all the major shops. We will never go anywhere else!

I have taken my car here twice and have had the best service I think you can get at a shop. Steve kept me updated on the status of my vehicles repairs and even fixed problems I didn't know I had. He worked with the warranty company and got my car fixed without any issues and in a timely manner as always. I would recommend this shop to everyone!

A good, honest mechanic. It's hard for a widow to trust most mechanics, but I can rely on Steve to do the right thing every time He is accurate and not out to rip me off. A true gentleman.
